Entrees $19.50

Snails one dozen marinated in wine, herbs and stock, oven baked in garlic butter.

 

Pate du jour homemade duck liver pate flavored port and brandy served with Melba toast

 

Terrine of smoked salmon with lemon aioli and vinaigrette dressed baby rocket and toasted baguette

 
Australian King Prawns flame grilled with chilli and sweet onion tomato concasse on a pastry crust
 
Salt & Pepper Squid lightly coated in panko then fried with tartare sauce

Coquilles Saint Jacques Mornay scallops, poached in court bouillon, with mornay sauce, served on safron rice.

Vegetarian entree of grilled Portobello mushroom with bocconcini cheese, tomato tartare and roasted basil

 

Boullabaisse de Marseille Traditional French fish soup of mussels, prawns and fish fillets with garlic baguette

Prime Australian Beef Fillet with balsamic-infused mushroom and onion confit, garlic mash and red wine jus

 

Rack of lamb with roasted pumpkin puree, beans and rosemary pan jus

 

Fillet of Barramundi with creamed asparagus, leeks and prawn mousse

 

Magret de canard  Duck breast fillet with cassis and raspberries, served with sweet potato puree and silted baby spinach

 

Beef Bourguignon a classic French stew of beef tenderloin marinated in red burgundy wine with shallots, bacon and baby champignons
 
Marmite Dieppoise a rich casserole from Normandy comprising sole, salmon, mussels and prawns, poached in bouillon of apple cider, mushrooms, leeks and finished with creme fraiche
 
 
Chicken breast fillet in a Cajun spice and honey marinate, flame-grilled with butter beans and a sweetcorn emulsion

 

Kangaroo Fillet (served rare) on with mashed potato, and Dijon mustard and honey demi-glaze

 

Seafood plate of grilled fish, fried prawns and calamari, soft shell crab and steamed mussels with mescun salad

 

Vegetarian risotto with sweet peas, spinach, mushrooms and mascarpone cheese
